青茶，中国茶的一种，其发酵程度介于绿茶与红茶之间，茶水呈现黄褐色，以香气著称。青茶中以乌龙茶最为知名，因此也被称为乌龙茶。此外，铁观音也属于青茶的一种，只差在发酵程度不一样。
