Hakuta bancha (伯太番茶）is a roasted and sun dried bancha from Hakuta in Shimane prefecture. In contrary to houjicha for this tea is unrolled respectively unprocessed bancha used. Therefore is hakuta bancha more similar to kyobancha then houjicha.
