Mimasaka Bancha (美作番茶) is a sun dried bancha from Okayama prefecture. Mimasaka bancha is mostly produced in the city of Mimasaka. Other names for this tea are Musashi bancha (武蔵番茶) (named after the famous swordsman Miyamoto Musashi) und Sakushuu bancha (作州番茶). Sakushuu was a alternative name of the Mimasaka province.
