Yancha, literally "rock tea" are famous teas from mountain Wuyi. The four most famous among them are called Si Da Ming Cong. These are:
Beside the Si Da Ming Cong are other so called "Yancha":
- Ban Tian Yao
- Huang Guanyin
- Huang Mei Gui
- Jin Fo
- Lapsang Souchong, actually not a oolong but a black tea.
- Qilan
- Rou Gui
- Shui Hsien
- White Monkey Paw
