Che Lan (奇兰)is a special oolong tea from Guandong province. It's a type of [[Yancha|Yan Cha]] oolong but usually less oxidized than classic ones. Che Lan tea is a middle leaf varietal. The teas liquor is golden-yellow with floral and fruity aroma. The taste is somewhere between classsic Wuyi Yan Cha and  [[Tie Guan Yin]].
