Yancha
Yancha, literally "rock tea" are famous teas from mountain Wuyi. The four most famous among them are called Si Da Ming Cong. These are:

- Ban Tian Yao
- Huang Guanyin
- Huang Mei Gui
- Jin Fo
- Lapsang Souchong, actually not a oolong but a black tea.
- Qilan
