Que She

Bai Ji Guan, another Wuyi Oolong tea

Que She (雀舌) is a rare Wuyi Oolong tea. This varietal is a offspring of the famous Da Hong Pao varietal. Que She is know for growing very slow, producing smaller leaves and ripes later. Hence, this tea is very rare and slightly more expansive as other Wuyi teas.
