Ben Shan (本山) is a Oolong tea similar to Tie Guan Yin. Ben Shan is translated as "source mountain" and originates from Anxi county of Fujian province in China. This Oolong tea is rather light oxidized compare to traditional style Tie Guan Yin. The leaves of the tea are yellowish-green and the liquor tea is orange in color with a light and floral flavor.
