Hui Ming (惠明) is a famous green tea from Zhejiang province. It is also called Jing Ning Hui Ming. It is produced in the village Huiming of Jingning county.

Hui Ming was in ancient China called "white tea". It was said that the tea was first planted in Jingning during 847 to 859 A.D. In 861, monk Huiming built a temple on Nanquan Mountain and planted tea plants around it. The produced tea was superb in quality and was named after the monk. Even nowadays are ancient tea plants remaining around the temple.
