Kai Hua Long Ding (开化龙顶茶) is a green tea from Kaihua County in Zhejiang province which is the source of Qiantang river. The tea is also called Kai Hua Crescendo.

"Long" is the Chinese word for dragon and "ding" means the top. "Long" indicates the geographic nature of the production area (rivers are in Chinese paintings often as zig-zag, like dragons painted and "ding" implies a top quality.
