Rou Gui (肉桂) respectively Rou Gui Xiang (肉桂香) is a Wuyi oolong tea. Originally Rou Gui orginates from Anxi but it is grown for long time in Wuyi and Feng Huang and, more recently also in Taiwan. This variety has been grown since the Qing Dynasty. Rou Gui is like most oolong from Wuyi only twisted and not rolled.
