Shui Xian

Shui Hsien (水仙) meaning narcissus or water sprite is an oolong from Wuyi, it has a heavy honey fragrance. The infused color is very dark brown due to the fact that the tea is heavy oxidized and strong roasted. This tea is popular in Chinese restaurants and among gong fu cha drinkers.
