Lemongras for spa tea

Thai spa tea is in Thailand usually served after a massage. The tea relaxes and detoxify the body. The recipes vary regional very different. Usually for the tea is combined ginger, lemon grass and safflower. Sometimes pure ginger tea, also common as instant tea is served. The instant version is usually very sweet and tastes the palate of western people rather less.
