Yancha, literally "rock tea" are famous teas from Wuyi shan (Wuyi mountains). The four most famous among them are called Si Da Ming Cong. These are:

• Da Hong Pao
• Shui Jin Gui
• Tie Luo Han
• Bai Ji Guan

Beside the Si Da Ming Cong are other so called "Yancha":

• Ban Tian Yao
• Bu Zhi Chun
• Huang Guan Yin
• Huang Mei Gui
• Jin Fo
• Jin Suo Chi
• Lapsang Souchong, actually not a Oolong but a black tea.
• Qi Lan
• Rou Gui
• Shui Xian
• Bai Mao Hou, this is actually a green tea.
