Anji Bai Cha resembles due to it's name and appearance of a white tea but it's in fact a green tea. This tea has its origins in the district Anji of the Chinese province Zhejiang. For this green tea is the extraordinary varietal Bai Ye Hao Yi (white leaf number one) used. It leaves are distinguish by a whitish appearance.
