Shui Xian

Shui Xian (水仙) meaning narcissus fragrance or water sprite is an oolong from Wuyi, it has a strong honey-like fragrance. The infused color is dark brown due to the fact that the tea is heavy oxidized and strong roasted. This tea is popular in Chinese restaurants and among gong fu cha drinkers. Due to it's popularity the tea is nowadays to grown in whole Fujian, Guangdong and even Taiwan. Other common names for this tea are Shui Hsien, Water Fairy or Water Sprite.
