'''Sainomidori''' is a new developed cultivar from the ''Saitama Prefectural Agriculture and Forestry Research Center''. The harvest times of  this cultivar is two days earlier than of [[Yabukita]]. Sainomidori is similar frost resistant like Yabukita and therefore suitable for northern regions. It's also more pest resistant then Yabukita and Sayamakaori.
