Huang Zhi Xiang, a different Dan Cong

Ba Xian (八仙) is a Dan Cong Oolong from Feng Huang in Guangdong province, China. The name means literally "Eight Immortals" and refers to saints in Chinese mythology. Like other Dan Cong Oolong also this kind got twisted shaped leaves. This tea is usually heavy fermented and has a floral and sweet taste.
