Pu-Erh beng

Pu-Erh is a fermented tea from Yunnan province in China. While black and oolong tea are only oxidized (although sometimes referred as fermented) Pu-Erh tea undergoes a real fermentation where microbes are involved. Pu-Erh is produced of Mao Cha (毛茶), raw green tea leaves.
