Ya Shi Xiang (鴨屎香) is a Dan Cong Oolong from Feng Huang in Guandong province, China. Ya Shi means in Chinese "duck shit". So this teas name means literally "smells like duck shit"! Like other Dan Cong Oolong also this kind got twisted shaped leaves. This tea is usually heavy fermented and has a floral and sweet taste.
